Senior Manager Settlement Operations Role – Job holder will be responsible for Equity/Fixed income settlements department covering a variety of financial products across European domestic markets which includes UK Domestic (Crest), Italy, Spain, France, Greece and Belgium as well as emerging and Scandinavian markets. Will be responsible for activities in Agent clear, Euro Clear, Ex-Moves, UK Domestic, Market Portfolio Settlements, Emerging markets and Reconciliations etc., In addition will be responsible for providing management information (MI) to senior management, lead and drive the identification of process improvements etc., Desired skill set:- Looking for candidates who has exposure in working with/for Investment Banking clients with End to end exposure in managing Settlements Operations (Fixed, Equity, Trade etc.,) Should have experience in Buy-in regulations, Exchange deliveries, corporate action trade, dealing with transaction and position level Reconciliations etc., Should have people management and stakeholder management skills. Should be open to work with shifts.
