We are looking for a motivated, energetic and experienced lead trainer to join our high tempo organization. Must have an outgoing personality and excellent interpersonal skills. The selected candidate will be involved in all aspects of training, development and assessment for one of the biggest quarrying companies in the world. There is a requirement to work closely with our operations teams to ensure all employees needs are identified and addressed accordingly. The ideal candidate will be bilingual with a high level of communication skills in both English and Hindi language (spoken and written).
Responsibilities:
Work with stakeholders to identify training needs at an individual, team and department level and deliver appropriate training in a timely manner.
Provide structured coaching and development to colleagues.
Design and deliver operational, procedural & HSE training across the business to successfully embed required knowledge and skills.
Perform pre and post training assessments to determine effectiveness of training.
Maintain a documented inventory of training including specifications, requirements, curriculum, training matrix etc.
Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of training and develop appropriate training solutions/changes to ensure a high level of quality and competency.
Basic administration duties as required.
Level 3 in Education & Training (or equivalent).
Evidence of organizing training initiatives or events.
Excellent communication skills, English and Hindi language.
Minimum 5 years training experience.
Proficient in computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
Accomplished ability in public speaking in the English language.
UAE driving license would be advantageous but not essential.
Industry experience would be advantageous but not essential.
