Job Description:
Incumbent will be responsible to plan, direct, monitor and control the Information Technology & Automation Function of Coal Management & Handling at 4 CPP & 3 Refineries, also plan & monitor deployment of current & upcoming IT & Automation solutions in 4 CPP & 3 Refineries of Hindalco so as to enable the business to achieve significant improvement in Coal Supply Chain from Source Mines (Own + Third Party) to Consumption. The Scope shall include enhancement, support & stabilisation of existing systems like Coal Tool, CSCTS, Coal Auction RPA, Coal GIS, Coal Block chain etc. and their interfaces with EKAAYAN, Orbit and other corporate systems as well as government systems like CRIS, Mining Portals of Orissa, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh etc. All these should help integrate & optimise the entire coal value chain this helping in enhancing key KPI’s across the value chain. It should also help improve visibility across the Mine to Plant supply chain leading to cost saving and better employee & customer satisfactions.

Job Description:
- Design, develop and ensure implementation of Strategic IT initiatives.
- Ensure implementation and ongoing management of business critical IT & Automation solutions necessary for Integrated Coal Management.
- Ensure Implementation of Robust and reliable IT Infrastructure , LAN, WAN, IOT Sensors , Wireless Infra etc. required for maintaining the Coal Management system for its maximum uptime.
- Ensures that enterprise information systems operate according to set standards. Enforce and ensure policy and procedures in order to protect enterprise IT assets and the integrity, security and privacy of information entrusted to or maintained by the enterprise.
Qualifications:
Bachelor of IT,Master of Science – Technology,Bachelor Of Technology
Minimum Experience Level:
10-13 Years
