About the team
Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team plays a crucial role in the organization by performing budgeting, forecasting and analysis that supports major corporate decisions of the Senior Management.
What you will be doing
Ability to comprehend, prepare, interpret and analyze Recurring Revenue Forecasting Models apart from support in the Monthly Forecasting and Annual Budgeting activities.
What you bring:
Knowledge / Experience

  • Preparation of monthly preliminary/final forecasts for Recurring revenue stream basis trends, and input from business unit business/finance leaders.
  • Run through GSR (Global sales report) to scan through any new/add-on agreement signed and preparation of pipeline forecast to be reviewed & discussed with Business unit finance leads.
  • Significant direct and indirect interaction with business unit finance leaders to understand business developments and changes that may affect revenues (Specially attritions/credits).
  • Load Prelim/final monthly forecast data into HFM (budgeting and forecasting tool).
  • Participation in monthly close to identify unusual or erroneous items, as well as the detection of missing credits and spill over impacts.
  • Responsible for monthly reporting related to Revenue (regional reporting, Attrition reporting, ad-hocs).
  • Investigating queries from business unit finance leaders
  • Perform other special projects & ad-hoc requests as needed
  • Ensure monthly reporting activities are completed on time

Skills

  • 5-7 years FPA experience (7-10 years overall experience in GL Accounting/FPA)
  • AdvancedExcel and Reporting skills

Qualifications

  • Bacheloru2019s degree in finance or accounting, MBA/Masters is a plus
