We are looking for a Kentico support engineer with a strong eye for customer communication, task prioritization, and Kentico CMS experience. This individual will write well-crafted, high-quality and easy to maintain code and perform webmaster activities for the web portal developed using Kentico CMS, while working closely with our team to craft valuable solutions for our users.
The main function of the Kentico support engineer is to support and maintain the web portal, design, code, and create system specifications for small features, analyze, evaluate, test, debug, document, and implement break fixes. In this capacity, the Kentico support engineer applies usability principles and procedures as defined by development & support guidelines.

Job Responsibilities:
• Develop, support and maintain Cross-browser/Cross-device solutions that work in multiple browsers (IE 11+, FireFox, Chrome, Safari) on both Mac & PC and mobile devices (Tablets & Smartphones).
• Component and Template building in Kentico
• Enhance interactivity /usability on Kentico web portal
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, JSON, SASS, Bootstrap, etc
• Component building in Kentico, a plus
• Lead and provide support for all incidents and comply to the SLAs defined
• Receive Incident tickets from designated ticketing system, log, regularly communicate with customer on the status, update corrective actions, and close out tickets based on defined procedures and policies
• Create applicable support tasks for all incidents for resource management and tracking purposes if applicable
• Coordinate with infrastructure vendor/ 3rd party as applicable
• Report the tasks on define intervals for review

Qualifications:
• 4 to 6 Years of experience required
• Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and make system changes as needed to resolve issues
• Knowledge of end-to-end systems development life cycles
• Preferably with Kentico CMS expertise.
