We are looking for junior compliance officer into a stock broking industry in Mumbai city at Goregaon location.
Role: Junior compliance officer.
Qualification: Graduate (BBA) + CS.
Experience: 2 yrs to 4 yrs.
Industry: Stock broking.
Location: Goregaon.
Gender: Open.
Job Description:
- Assist, report and work under our head compliance officer with his day to day activities.
- Actively involved in the interpretation and end to end implementation of circulars and regulations issued by exchanges and SEBI.
- Assist our head compliance officer with handling all inspection conducted by regulators, exchanges and depositories.
- Manage and assist with pay-in and pay-out on daily basis.
Required Skills:
- 2+ yrs experience into Stock broking industry.
- NISM Series III-A: Securities Intermediaries Compliance Certificate & NISM Series VII: Securities Operations & Risk Management Certification MANDATORY.
- Proficient with using handling Microsoft Office, FTF, ENIT compliance module.
- Proficiency in SQL is an added advantage.
