S&P Global Corporate The Role: Jr. Specialist, Order Management (1 year contract) The Location: India (Virtual) The Team: Order Management team handles the key function of issuing accurate invoices to the client. In addition to that, the team processes huge volume of internal and external emails. We have a team of dynamic and enthusiastic people in India, Manila, US and Pakistan. The Impact: This is a key position to support the function of Order Management. Timely and accurate invoicing is a key part that leads to revenue generation. This is a critical and vigorous position that requires one to work in various applications such as SalesForce, Oracle, Vertex and Zuora. Also, one needs to closely work with commercial teams on a daily basis. Responsibilities: . Review contracts signed by the customer. . Process New Sales, Renewals and Amendments. Ensure accurate and timely billing and services. . Make accurate adjustments to client accounts. Provides verbal and/or written billing explanations to client/client services/sales. . Promptly and precisely process emails. . Assist with escalation of key issues to senior management to ensure adherence to established policies and procedures. Provide basic ad hoc reporting as necessary. What We’re Looking For: Basic Qualifications: . Bachelor or Master Degree . Excellent communication skills (Verbal / Written) . Strong analytical and problem solving/research skills with a high attention to detail. . Basic knowledge of MS Office . Ability to independently work as a contributing member in a high-paced and focused team with minimal directions. . Willingness to work in rotational shifts as per business requirement. Preferred Qualifications: . 1 – 3 Years of prior experience .
