Role Mission
This position will support the companys Digital Technologies & Analytics initiatives globally by playing a key role in the development of advanced analytics solutions and capabilities. You will be joining a high performing team that works cross-functionally in an agile manner.

Outcomes/Success Criteria

  • Organize and develop highly complex, cross-functional IT and business intelligence solutions
  • Act as a subject matter expert on data analytics and KPI visualization using advanced BI tools including Tableau and MicroStrategy
  • Develop enhancements, key analytics and reporting drivers to achieve and deliver strategic business reporting in an Agile environment
  • Participate in workstream planning process including inception, technical design, development, testing and delivery of BI solutions
  • Works with internal and external customers and IT partners to develop and analyze business intelligence needs
  • Interpret business requirements and determine optimum BI solutions to meet needs while ensuring compliance
  • Develop a deep understanding of systems and processes in order to extract insights from existing data while identifying and recommending source system enhancements to improve data quality
  • Identify and provide input to new technology opportunities that will have an impact on the enterprise-wide BI systems
  • Perform analysis for a wide range of requests using data in different formats and from various platforms
  • Support Global BI infrastructure and act as an IT Project Manager as needed
  • Research business problems and create prediction models to solve complex issues and present the information in a meaningful format to the end users
  • Review test plans and monitors testing process to ensure that business results are tested and to resolve issues based on test results
  • Interface with vendors to review ongoing project activities, new technologies, and capabilities
  • Design and deliver end user training materials and train users to transform data into actionable insights
  • Building out visualizations on data sourced from Google Cloud Platform.
  • Supporting Break Fixes.
  • Act as a Tableau SME for multiple groups and assist various business arms in understanding visualizations.

Qualifications & Experience

  • This role requires over 1 year working with Business Intelligence and Data Visualization
  • Over 1 year of Tableau and/or ThoughtSpot with experience building out Visualizations
  • Exposure to SAP, Google Cloud Services, Salesforce
  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Required
  • Masters in Computer Science or Advanced Analytics Preferred
  • Consumer Packaged Goods experience is a plus.
  • Multi-tasking ability to participate in multiple complex programs at the same time in an agile environment
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills along with outstanding written and verbal communication skills
