Good knowledge on Java-8, Spring and Hibernate.
Good knowledge on Oracle, MySQL, SQL databases
Good knowledge on Jenkins, Maven, Gradle and Git
Good knowledge Web Services specifically REST API
Strong Unit testing practices using Junits, Mockito etc
Development IDE: Intellij, Eclipse, STS
Methodologies: Agile/SCRUM
Servers: JBoss, WebSphere, Weblogic, Apache/Tomcat
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), good interpersonal skills, ability to gather and understand requirements.
Worked on Agile Projects & Test Driven Development approach with understanding of Scrum practices
Ability to work independently with less or no supervision
Any experience in the Insurance domain would be an added advantage
Good to Have:
Kafka – or any other event streaming technology
Experience with Cassandra or any other NoSQL databases
