Who is a Cloud Lending Developer 3 (Dev-3)?
The Dev-3 is an experienced talented developer, with software industry experience typically ranging from 5 up to 8 years. The Senior MTS is expected to be a highly productive OOPs programmer, specifically in the Java programming language or using Salesforce Apex classes/triggers. The Senior MTS would have expert understanding of algorithms, data structures, web technologies and databases. Prior exposure to banking and financial services industry software and domain is a strong plus. Experience in Salesforce, which is the development environment, is desirable, but not a strong pre-requisite for the right developer.
Required Qualifications
⢠Excellent coding skills and demonstrated high productivity in complex Java programming
⢠Strong knowledge of algorithms and algorithmic complexity, some knowledge and experience with design patterns
⢠Able to code and utilize any common data structures, understand and re-use existing code comfortably
⢠Good at creating, understanding and extending user interfaces based on HTML, CSS, Javascript technologies, including frameworks like AJAX, React, Angular
⢠Has a good understanding of database technologies and concepts including SQL, normalization, indexing, etc.
⢠Engineering Degree (B.E./B.Tech/MCA) with good scores
Job Responsibilities
⢠Write high quality code for medium to large features for the Salesforce applications developed by Cloud Lending
⢠Provide estimates for planning milestones, and for assigned tasks to be performed, at a reasonably granular level
⢠Develop effective test cases to assure quality of code created
⢠Monitor and update Jira issues assigned
⢠Be available to resolve urgent customer issues, during and outside regular working hours
⢠Assist with the execution of test cases in the release phase
⢠Develop abilities to test product for volume and stress
⢠Develop own skills on the Salesforce platform through the Trailhead training
⢠Develop product / domain skills based on available documentation
⢠Develop code review skills
⢠Be able to mentor newcomers to the team
⢠Be a useful team member with healthy work relationships with QA, PM, lead, and Support.
