Role :
The IT Systems Analyst – Talent Management is part of the Delivery Hub in the IS Transformation team, a team responsible for the delivery of Corporate Continuous Improvement (CI), medium-d projects and Major Programmes. The team provides expertise in the RB IT systems landscape and includes: Functional Experts; Technical Specialists; cross-business skilled Project Managers; Technical Project Managers; Business Analysts and Integration Competency Centre (ICC). There are also Change/Comms specialists and a Portfolio Management Office (PMO) to support delivery.
Responsibilities:
• Support the development of a blueprint to achieve standardised HR solutions within RB to simplify the change process going forward
• Govern and enforce the standardised solutions for projects, programmes and continuous improvement initiatives related to the HR Systems solutions within RB
• Support the Global HR Systems Lead in identifying opportunities to streamline, consolidate or simplify the HR Systems landscape
• Advise and support the BRMs and Business Analyst during the business case definition stage to ensure standardisation is maintained enforced from an Integration architecture viewpoint
• Continuously researches new capability areas within SuccessFactors, work with functional SME’s to vet against current business gaps and how the gaps can be remediated.

Essential
• 6+ years of experience in implementing & supporting HR ERP systems
• 3 + years of experience in implementing and supporting multiple modules in SuccessFactors
• Expertise in SF Performance, Goals, Calibration, Succession
• Knowledge and experience of processes and configurations in the area of Employee Central and its integration with other SF modules. Knowledge in SF Learning module is a plus
• Good knowledge of MDF objects, Rules and Workflows. Experience with data migration and data management activities in SF
• Lead design workshops to gather requirements, fit/gap analysis, functional specifications and design
• Plan / schedule project activities. Lead end-to-end testing process
• Working with cross functional teams (HR, Finance, IT) and 3rd party providers
• Should be well versed with various SuccessFactors Reporting tools.
Essential
• Batchelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent technical degree
• Microsoft Office Suite to Proficient level.
• SuccessFactors PMGM , Succession and Development
Desirable
• Program and Project Management qualifications e.g. Prince2, PMI PMP
• Agile software development methodologies e.g. Scrum,
• ITIL V3 to Intermediate level.
• SuccessFactors Learning management systems
