About the Role:
IT Specialist Oracle ERP Functional role is to support users with the incident management, problem management and change requests in Oracle ERP application

Job Description

  • Resolve day to day incidents reported.
  • Drive problem management for repeated incidents by addressing the root cause and fixing the code.
  • Understand the Accounting setups in the current production system and start troubleshooting the incidents by coordinating with function consultant and end users.
  • Create MD.050s/ TE.020s based on the requirement
  • Coordinate with Technical team to Develop Reports / customizations based on the MD.070.
  • Help the development team in developing Projects, SIT, UAT.
  • Actively participate in early stabilization of rolled out entities

Requirement:

  • Hands on experience in Oracle Inventory, PO, OM, Bills, WIP, MRP.
  • Certification on Oracle SCM is good to have.
  • Business process knowledge on SCM across various industries is must.
  • Exposure to SQL/PLSQL
  • Exposure to Oracle Apps technical architecture.
  • Knowledge of Discoverer is a plus

Domain working experience in SCM is nice to have.
