Qualifications:
– Education in Computer Science or related field (B.S. or M.S. degree is encouraged)
Work Experience:
– Minimum experience of 4 years in Software Development
– Strong working knowledge with Java/J2EE/Oracle/Unix
– Knowledge of algorithms, best practices, design patterns
– Experience with the Unix/Linux and Windows operating systems.
– Strong knowledge of Sql/Pl-Sql (experience with at least one RDBMS is required)
– Strong knowledge and experience with Java SE (knowledge of Java EE – Servlet, Web Services, Spring, Hibernate- will be a plus)
– A working knowledge of Oracle Application Express is a plus
– A good understanding of code-editors, debuggers and code-versioning tools
– A strong understanding of computer networks and multi-tier architectures
– Familiarity with Oracle Database technology
– Must be: enthusiastic, creative and able to learn quickly when presented with new ideas. An out of the box thinker.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Able to promptly answer support related email, phone calls and other electronic communications.

Detailed Description and Job Requirements
Work with Oracle%27s world class technology to develop, implement, and support Oracle%27s global infrastructure.
As a member of the IT organization, assist with the analyze of existing complex programs and formulate logic for new complex internal systems. Prepare flowcharting, perform coding, and test/debug programs. Develop conversion and system implementation plans. Recommend changes to development, maintenance, and system standards.
Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. May have project lead role. BS or equivalent experience in programming on enterprise or department servers or systems.
