Purpose:
Technical Project Manager (TPM or Scrum Master) will be responsible for leading our agile scrum process for Scrum Teams delivering Connect Platform & Ecosystem and Customer Service Center Portal . The scrum master will also be responsible for coaching/mentoring the existing team on scrum methodology. The Scrum Master will also coordinate with the different scrum teams in Release Train and release management to ensure successful delivery of features in production.

Responsibilities:
- Exhibits the behaviors of a Lean-Agile Leader with a Lean-Agile Mindset. Helps the team embrace SAFe Core Values, adopt and apply SAFe Principles, and implement SAFe practices.
- Ensure the rules of an Agile Team are lightweight, but they are rules nonetheless, and the Scrum Master is responsible for reinforcing them. These may include the rules of Scrum, Built-In Quality practices from Extreme Programming (XP), Work in Process (WIP) limits from Kanban, and any other process rules the team has agreed.
- Promotes SAFe quality practices by assisting the teams in constantly improving the quality of their deliverables and meeting the Definition of Done (DoD). The Scrum Master helps foster the culture of technical discipline and craftsmanship that is the hallmark of effective Agile teams.
- Facilitates getting the work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work. Escalates people problems to management where necessary, but only after internal team processes have failed to resolve the issue; helps individuals and teams through personnel changes.
- The Scrum Master helps coordinate inter-team cooperation and helps the team operate well on the train.
- The Scrum Master supports the overall adoption of SAFe across the enterprise by coaching stakeholders and other non-agile teams on effective interactions with agile teams, participating in the Scrum Master Community of Practice, and supporting other organization’s initiatives.
- The Scrum Master works with other Scrum Masters and stakeholders to help the team contribute towards improving the overall development Value Stream and hence enables organizational effectiveness.
- Assists the team in effective preparation for ART activities, including PI Planning, System Demos, and the Inspect and Adapt. .
- Manage Agile KPIs such as: Product backlog burn down chart, Sprint burn-up charts, Release burn down chart, Team velocity, Quality Reports etc. which measures teams Quality, Productivity, Predictability and Innovation behaviours.
- Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team and coaching them to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable.
- Anticipates needs and problems in the development cycle. Is willing to ask difficult questions and take risks. Greets challenge and change as opportunity
- Ensures team adheres to the QMS (ISO9001:2015) & ISMS (ISO 27001) standards set in the Software development process. Lead and facilitate any new changes required to the process and support the auditing of these as per the regulatory body mandates.
- Being obsessed about process automation, studying evolving trends in agile best practices and development practices (Functional and Non-Functional) and coming up with ideas to power the next generation of the product
- Will promotes a collaborative team environment that fosters experimentation, creativity and innovation
- A highly motivated fast learner who can self-start and figure out what needs figuring out
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively document artefacts and processes then explain them to others
Candidate Requirement:
Education : Bachelors in Engineering or Masters in Computer Science with 8+ years of relevant experience
Mandatory Skills, Knowledge and Experience :
- Minimum 3 years of experience in software development
- Minimum 5 years as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment across multiple cross-functional teams
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in SAFe framework
- Minimum 3 years of experience in managing projects utilizing technologies like Java, Angular, AWS, Jenkins etc.
- Experience, instincts, and enthusiasm around testing and testability and driving quality objectives
- Experience in driving implementation and reporting of Non-Functional Requirements (NFR – Security, Performance, Cost etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively document artifacts and processes then explain them to others
- You have Agile Scrum Certifications (i.e. SAFe SSM, CSM, PMP-ACP, etc.)
Nice to Have Skills, Knowledge and Experience :
- Experience in working and managing Atlassian suite tool
- Have experience in coaching larger teams in agile practices like Scrum, Kanban, SaFe
- Experience in adoption of QMS (ISO9001:2015) & ISMS (ISO 27001)
