Danaher`s Water Quality Business is a global leader in water quality analysis and treatment, providing instrumentation and disinfection systems to help analyze and manage the quality of ultra-pure water, portable water, wastewater, groundwater and ocean water in residential, commercial, industrial, and natural resource applications. Our water quality business provides products under a variety of brands, including HACH, ChemTreat, and Trojan Technologies.
POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsible for design, development, implementation, enhancement and sustainment of Information Technology (IT) systems and their integrations.
Responsible for supporting global IT userbase by implementing industry best practices.
Actively engages cross-functional SMEs to drive IT projects for enabling business needs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategy Execution

  • Develop, maintain and enforce IT standards, policies and SOPs within your function
  • Design, develop and manage the implementation of technology solutions that meet the needs of internal and external customers

Drive for results

  • Effectively manage IT projects using other resources as needed
  • Manage implementations of technology solutions that improve business processes and eliminate wastes
  • Drive the use of Danaher Business System principles and tools in implementing IT solutions
  • Balance stakeholders

Relationship & Influence

  • Work with subject matter experts to design and document project scope and specifications

QUALIFICATIONS:
The ideal candidate is a talented professional who can foster innovation and deliver results. Following skillset is required for the role:
Must haves in the order of preference

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information systems or equivalent
  • 5+ years experience working on Oracle Agile PLM 9.3.X
  • Extensive experience in Oracle Agile Product Collaboration module administration
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Agile PLM SDK/APIs
  • Extensive Experience in Agile PLM Process Extensions development
  • Experience in monitoring & managing Agile PLM interface to other systems
  • 5+ years experience with Java/J2EE
  • Software Engineering & project management basics
  • Developing and maintaining system documentation like Design document, Validation Scripts etc.
  • Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programing and design principles.
  • Experience supporting and administering any software application adhering to SLAs.

Nice to have in the order of preference

  • * Experience in Agile Product Governance & Compliance module administration
  • * Experience in Agile Product Quality Management module administration
  • * Experience with computer system validation, working in medical device or equivalent
  • * Familiarization with Oracle EBS and Infor AS400 ERP systems
  • Familiarization with IQ, OQ & PQ processes
  • Knowledge and understanding of Document Control, Manufacturing, and Engineering in manufacturing companies
  • Experience in Agile PLM tools like ACP, Acollect, Averify.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL and PL SQL scripts
  • Agile PLM WebService experience
