Designation : IT Manager
• Apply the change management process and tools to create/implement a strategy.
• Support the design, development, delivery and management communications.
• Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.
• Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs.
• Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics and manage anticipated resistance.
• Support and engage senior managers and supervisors on all High Impact Changes.
• Integrate change management activities into project plan.
• Support change management at the organizational level.
• Conduct weekly CAB and TAB meetings.
• Evangelize the change and production readiness process throughout IT organization bringing increased visibility and compliance to processes.
• Execute software integration and assisted with reengineering of change processes and management requests.
• Collaborate with support and development teams to create and author the process and documentation decreasing implementation issues / errors, reducing application and system downtime.
• Introduce software releases on Weekly and monthly basics
