Job Description :
Key Responsibilities:
– Implements the user access policies specified by data trustees.
– Ensures that data quality is sustained during technical processing (such as data entry or Extract Transport Load operations.
– Ensures that the recipient of a data extract receives a copy of the business metadata that corresponds to the extracted data.
– Resolves data quality issues in partnership with data Stewards.
– Follows change management practices during maintenance of data within a data collection.
– Ensures that changes to data content and controls can be audited.
– Advises trustees on technology solutions that support the type of access the trustee wants to provide.
– Identify and create backlog items list in their respective area w.r.t. data integrity and accuracy issues and get them added to the book of work.
– Should be able to produce evidence in the form of logs, reports, document for Data quality and SLAs with various teams.

Knowledge/Experience:
-Knowledge on retail banking products (savings, current, Personal loans, Home loans, Investment).
– Practical project lead /management experience in the financial services industry.
– Possess good technology development experience
– Tools PLSQL, Java, Pro*C, Oracle, Linux.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Skills:
– Technology individual responsible for implementing and maintaining security controls to meet the requirements outlined by data owner and data steward.
– Possess good technology development experience
– Languages/Tools –PLSQL, Java, Pro*C, Oracle, Unix, Linux
– Databases – Oracle
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to produce clear, concise documents for the production support team and the wider team.
– Should have had managerial responsibility for a team.
– Ability to explain processes and procedures to development and project team and willingness to enforce them.
– Possess the ability to develop good working relationships with peer groups and management.
Competencies:
– Deep understanding of a one or more areas a particular product domain.
– Strong technical knowledge of the Product’s technology stack and architecture.
– Sound understanding of data quality and control parameters.
– Should have very high level of analytical and solutioning skills to manage complex situations.
– Should be independently able to work on the tasks assigned with very limited supervision.
– Should posses good written as well as verbal communication skill.
– Should be process oriented specially should be good in documenting the process artifacts.
– Should have negotiation skills to manage conflicting priorities and complex asks.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
