Job Description: Position: Team Leader
Requirement: To oversee the consultants and liaise with sector experts
Minimum Criteria
Qualification: Masters degree from any of the universities/colleges in the List of Universities for Technical Evaluation Team Qualification in Annexure 8K.
Experience: 8 years of experience in Public Policy/ Industrial Development Strategy/Industrial Policy Formulation/ Investment Climate Improvement/ Sector specific Policy Formulation
Key Skills: Criteria:
i. PhD in Economics or Public Policy with at least 1 publications on industrial development in Top 20 IDEAS/RePEc ranking of journals
ii. 5 years of experience in industrial policy development
iii. 10 years of overall work experience
iv. Experience of working on Policy Formulation for any Central Govt./ State Govt./ Public Sector Undertakings
v. Experience of working on Policy Formulation at least one (1) year in the state of Tamil Nadu
vi. At least one year of experience of working (including transaction advisory and consultancy services) with any one of the global manufacturing companies.
