• Analyze existing source content, focusing on reuse and smart modification to add value
• Work with e learning, Capivate, Or Lectora Or Story line
• Produce high-quality training material that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience. By applying tested instructional design theory, practice and methods.
• Create Content Outlines, Design Documents, and Storyboards for Web-Based Trainings.
• Knowledge of gamified
Job Requirements:
• Proven experience in instructional designing, such as audience analysis, content analysis and scoping, and design and development, along with excellent written skills in English.
• Excellent communication skills; should be able to independently gather training requirements and other inputs from the client.
• Should be adept at understanding client requirements and translate them into high-quality design documents and storyboards using 3D animation graphics and interactivity.
• Should be able to create high-quality training material with precise attention to detail.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Working knowledge of articulate tools, Captivate, Storyline and Camtasia and exposure or hands on with learning management system will be a plus.
