Job Location: Hyderabad/ Bangalore, Mumbai, Gurgaon.
Job Details:
Analyze instructional design project requirements and work with the project manager around scope and solution
Design and develop learning deliverables in line with project scope, using common tools and templates
Create storyboards and design specifications to be used as blueprint instructions for content development
Experience in developing different training product types, such as application simulations, ILTs/VILTs, WBTs , job aids, and QRCs
Demonstrate excellent communication and project management skills
Adept at visualizing the content and collaborating with the graphic designers and technical team members and also advanced attention to detail to develop the end product within the given timelines
