Hiring Innovation/Product Manager for a FinTech MNC located at Noida.

Innovation/Product Manager :-
Are you passionate about innovation Are you a systems thinker with a research and consulting background Would you like to see your expertise help develop breakthrough products/services within the financial technology/banking industry

Note : candidates that have lived in a Western country for at least 3 years or candidates that have worked with western MNCs based out of India, candidates who have worked at Citi Bank, Stan C, DBS, Amex, Visa, Mastercard preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Customers:
• Define the customer needs, Jobs-to-be-Done and conduct qualitative/quantitative research to uncover hidden opportunities.
• Define the value proposition based on opportunities and translate it into business requirements and/or user stories that technology team can build.
• Conduct competitive analysis and formulate Market/Product Strategies.
Financial Products:
• Deep domain knowledge of retail banking, payment processing, card management, schemes, payment gateway and e-commerce etc.
• Experience of defining the customer journey and capable of developing game changing solutions that help customer make practical and emotional connections and solve well defined customer needs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
– BA/BS; Degrees in business, computer science, statistics, linguistics or related disciplines preferred.
– +4 years’ experience in research/statistical analysis or product management preferably in FinTech/Banking.
– Experience developing professional presentations of complex results for client-facing reports and present knowledge visually.
– Superior problem-solving, analytical, and quantitative skills.
– Understanding of market segmentation theories and the analytics behind them.
– Ability to work with complex Excel templates including complex formulae, macros, algorithmic, programming, pivot tables, super tables, etc.
