• Addressing system failures as per standard procedures, within stipulated SLA
• Engaging next level of support timely, to address critical issues quickly
• Managing and coordinating with team members as per requirements
• Supervising shift operations as and when required
Requirements:
• 6+ Yrs of experience in Unix and SQL
• Exposure to Production Support environment
• Knowledge of IT architecture / infrastructure & SDLC practices
• Ability to troubleshoot problems as per SOPs and provide resolutions in timely and effective manner
• Readiness to work in 24X7 environment
• Good interpersonal skills
• Ensure Support activities in line with client needs and architectural requirements
• Ensure continual knowledge and service level improvement
• Adherence to the organizational guidelines and processes
