Responsibilities-

• Implement support activities in line with client needs and architectural requirements.

• Ensure continual knowledge management.,

• Adherence to the organizational guidelines and processes.

Technical and Professional Requirements-

• Work experience in the range of 2 to 4 yrs in IT industry

• Minimum 3 years of experience in application support

,• Atleast 2 years of experience in Unix, Data Base(SQL)

• Expertise on shell scripting

• Basic programming knowledge (understand, debug, Troubleshoot) in one of (Java/C/C++)

• Strong Analytical skills

,• Excellent communication skills

• Ready to work in 24X7 support model.

• Work as Developer/Support Team member for the AS400/Mainframe based development projects

• Should be Technically strong and able to guide/mentor other developers in the team

• Engage with Offshore Lead on providing regular status updates and timely inputs

• Interact with Onshore peers and Business Leads to understand the project requirements

• Integration Testing on the components being worked

• Dedicated and takes ownership of the tasks being assigned

• Should attend any calls related to the project and engage with the team, thus showcasing TEAM WORK.
