Job Location : BCIT Bangalore.
Qualification : Graduate/Post Graduate in Commerce
Shifts : Flexibility to work in nightshifts
Experience : 6+ years of relevant experience
Responsibilities:
Note: US visa required
Experience in Finance and Accounting streams such as P2P, O2C and R2R
At least 2 years of experience in handling a team
Proficient in tracking/reporting process performance such as SLA’s & KPI’s
Stakeholder management, Managing escalations efficiently & effectively
Ability to coach agents for effectiveness, regulation and compliance.
Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
Ability to lead and motivate team to achieve performance goals
Working Knowledge on Oracle ERP would be preferred
Proper balance of task orientation and people orientation
Proven ability to improve process and people performance
Preferred – Exposure to transition and drafting SOP’s
Good spreadsheet skills and working on MS Excel
Good analytical and problem solving skills
Flexible to work in any shift
