- Software development and/or tool implementation – 40%
- Requirements analysis, testing, Delivering clean, well-tested and maintainable code – 35%
- Working closely with other engineers and architects to deliver key features end to end -20%
- Support and develop software engineers by providing advice and coaching – 10%
Required skills-
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or related field.
- 5-7 years industry experience either in software development or implementing tools.
- Minimum 2 years experience with Data Privacy regulations or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years experience implementing Data Privacy tools like Informatica Secure@Source or Guardum or OneTrust or something similar.
- Good understanding of Data Privacy concepts like Right to Access, Right to Opt-Out, PII/SPI data etc.
- Experience with Meta Data Management (MDM) is a plus
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Quick learner, self-starter and strong analytical, collaboration & influencing skills Ability to learn new tools and technologies in a dynamic environment
- Lean/Agile mindset and experience with the ability to pivot and manage multiple priorities
