Provide effective solution to resolve complex technical problems occurring in the product under development as well as deployments at customer sites. Use debuggers and profilers, write test tools to be able to reproduce specific customer issues. Maintain various versions of the product i.e. update and test various versions with feature additions, enhancements and bug fixes as required. Additional Responsibilities: Interact with existing worldwide team of R D engineers for product related information, design discussions, etc. Participation in product technical meetings. Required skills: 3- 5 years of relevant experience and ability to work in highly technology oriented teams, experience working in a product company highly preferred. Experience in programming using C/ C++ / VC++ in Windows 7, 8 platforms Hands on to VC++ for development, troubleshooting and debugging windows kernel code Experience in programming with Windows Kernel File systems. Strong know- hows on storage concepts and NTFS file system on windows. Should know the Minifilter drivers and background on WDM drivers for file system drivers. Should know the development using WinDDK. Strong in Inter Process Communication(IPC) concepts, viz semaphores, shared memory, sockets etc Experience in Security, Network performance troubleshooting in Windows Worked with kernel debugging tools viz. windbg. Should have strong troubleshooting skills. Kernel mode debugging over a network cable. Experience in writing windows installers Writing and working with protocols like TCP/ IP, HTTP Writing and working with secure protocols like SSL, SSH, SFTP, SCP Desired skills: Experience in writing Network interface drivers (NDIS) Know- hows on developing windows kernel based device drivers. Experience in network socket programming Experience on programming and administering windows system services.
