Key Job Description/Responsibilities
• Candidate should have experience in implementation of SAP ETM (Equipment and Tools Management) – Minimum 1 full project implementation experience in SAP ETM
• Good understanding of maintenance process (Notification, Work order, Maintenance planning/Preventive Maintenance) as well as PM Master Data conversion (Equipment/Equipment BOM, Task list, Classification, Maintenance plan).
• Material planning for work order process & Configuration
• ETM Master Data Process (Fleet & Recipient) and configuration
• ETM request, planning and shipping document process
• Sales orders, cost settlement and billing document process and configuration.
• Knowledge about the procurement process in SAP MM.
• Perform the consolidated planning, processing, settlement and evaluation of resources.
• Design system specifications and interfaces for SAP ETM/Plant Maintenance components
• Evaluations and reporting functions (settlement lists, statements of usage, stock lists for construction sites and so on)
• Deadline monitoring for maintenance plans.
• Time sheet for Work order Process & Configuration.
• Solid understanding of the ETM integration with other modules, specifically SAP PM/MM/SD/FI/CO/PS etc.
• Two or more Global implementations as a Senior Functional expert or Architect.
• Experience in the demand fulfillment & invoicing process areas.
• Shipping and performance-based equipment (PBE) documents
• Time-based or performance-based settlement
