Mandatory Skills:
SAP BASIS / Database Administration.
Must have experience in SPS, EHP, Version and Kernel upgrade(At least 2 from this is mandatory)
Must have experience in ABAP/JAVA patching and upgrade.
Must have experience inDB2/Oracle/ Database administration skills(At least 2 from this is mandatory)
This role requires to be a Technical Expert (SME level to Expert Level), worked with Large Global Enterprise.Extensive hands on – SAP ECC,BI, SOLMAN, JAVAsystems, Support / Project.
Should have self-follow-up on task completion and should be able to attend customer calls independently.
Must have deep hands-on experience in Unix / Linux and Windows systems and troubleshoot Unix shell scripts
Must have hands on experience on system refresh using Oracle/DB2 backup/restore method and system copies
Must have doneDB upgrades, version and fix pack upgrades
Should have experienced in Handling the L3 SAP Basis tickets,
Should have good skills in troubleshooting in SAP and OS issues related to SAP
Good knowledge inSolution Manager 7.2managed system setup, system recommendation, DVM, ChaRM etc.
Work experience in OpenText Archive Administration is an added advantage.
Must have worked on BW, BWA, BO system. Good knowledge is required on source system connection setup from BW and should have good knowledge in process chain monitoring and troubleshooting.
Should have good knowledge in BEX, BO (business explorer) installation and setup.
Good knowledge in working with sltoolset tools likeSPAM, SUM (Software Update Manager),SWPM etc for different implementation scenarios.
Should have good knowledgein EP portal administrationand monitoring and SSO configuration.
Should have good communication skills and capable enough arrange discussion with clients and co-ordinate tasks with different stakeholders.
Should be able to take up challenges on his own without any external help, should be able to handle and lead a team with expertise and guidance.
Extensive knowledge on the usage of maintenance optimizer/planner,
Experience in working with tools like BMC Remedy, Control-M and US TAXWARE will be an added advantage.
Good knowledge in Wily Introscope, Solution Manager Diagnostics is preferable.
Good to have essential AWS services knowledge.
