‘ Minimum 3+ years of experience supporting the implementation, administration, configuration, and/or development of the Cherwell tool
‘ Cherwell experience should include scripting in Cherwell, tool configuration, design work, technical configuration and deployment of ITSM modules. Specifically, candidates shall possess the skill to develop on the Cherwell platform including the creation and/or customization of the core applications such as Incident, Problem, Change and Service Catalog as well as proficiency in key Cherwell Service Management administrative functions such as Blueprints, mApps and Automation Processes
‘ Experience in the design and configuration of the Cherwell Self-Service Portal
‘ System/Process Automation (Orchestration) experience
‘ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

‘ Understanding of Configuration Management aligned to ITIL
‘ Web Services Integration
‘ Experience implementing systems using the Agile/Scrum methodology
‘ Experienced in the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes
‘ Administration of a Cherwell instance including the delegation of groups
‘ Implementation and administration of Cherwell’s CAM inventory solution
‘ ITIL certifications is a plus
