Responsibilities-

Receive training in client or offshore location/s in preparation for training operations teams
Conduct training on ERP (Workday Service-now or similar applications) systems and HR process training for new hires and recurrent training for employees
Assist with the development of training manuals modules and curriculum courses
Prepare all materials for training courses prior to conducting sessions
Collect feedback from associates agents Supervisors and Quality Monitoring team to identify new training needs
Maintain and update training materials as defined or when required
Accurately evaluate essential job training needs of service associates and deliver effective programs to meet those needs
Demonstrate ability to quickly learn and adapt to new policies procedures and processes being implemented for the service delivery team
Maintain current understanding of policies and procedures website changes new products and processes of clients
Monitor measure and report on employees training development plans and achievements within agreed formats and timescales.
Educational and Experience Requirements:

Minimum of bachelor’s degree in Business Management or similar fields(MBA in HR will be added advantage)
Experience in training People as a trainer in the HR domain
Strong written verbal and interpersonal communication skills in English is mandatory
Relevant work experience in HR domain
Working Knowledge of MS Office tools like MS Excel MS Word and MS Power Point
Working knowledge of Workday and/or Service now
