Desired Background of HR Professional:
1. Must have been part of HR Operations in mid to large organization(s) supporting: Employee/Worker attendance, Roster preparations, leave administration, shift planning, OT calculations, payroll processing for FTE and contract staff, workforce scheduling to meet the business requirements, etc.
2. Must have ideally used various dashboards or applications to identify opportunities to improve worker productivity and reduce overall workforce costs
3. Have implemented end-to-end or various modules of any leading HCM / HRMS solution
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Engage with the client business stakeholders (HR, Operations & IT) to participate in business requirements discussion to understand AS-IS and TO-BE processes.
2. Identify the best practices and configure Kronos Workforce Management solution & test the application and train the business users on how to use different modules of the software.
3. Provide application support by addressing the issues faced by the end users through application configuration
