Key Deliverables as an HRBP
- Build relationships with senior business leaders to offer thought leadership on organizational and people related strategy and execution.
- Consult with leaders to create a comprehensive people plan to influence lasting change in the business
- Solve problems and get to the root cause of any issue. Design and quickly implement simplified solutions leading to overall organization effectiveness
- Work with a cross-functional SME team to create useful propositions for your business in the following areas: talent acquisition, career planning, performance management, coaching, data analysis, employee connect, learning & development, recognition programs and rewards
- Use and request data strategically – identify and surface trends in both qualitative and quantitative data to help improve organizational health and take informed decisions regarding succession planning and career growth
- Devise deep connects and understanding of people in the business to maintain a healthy pool of talent and succession for all critical roles
Key Deliverables as a Comp & Ben specialist
- Act as a subject matter expert in the area of Compensation and Benefits
- Participate & interpret various market compensation & benefits surveys, come out with competitive & employee-friendly C&B practices & policies.
- Plan, develop and implement various compensation and benefits programs, policies and procedures for the organization.
- Ensure that the C&B structure and policies are in alignment with the company’s goals and the industry’s competitive practices
- Own and drive the Annual Appraisal Cycle
- Support the Talent Acquisition with Job evaluation and Recruitment fitment guidelines
- Contribute to special HR projects as and when needed

Skills Required
- Strong HR experience across talent management, employee engagement & retention and Compensation and Benefits domain
- Should be comfortable with ambiguity; should display a knack for problem-solving
- Should be an excellent communicator, with the ability to build relationships with senior leaders and a complex set of stakeholders to drive organizational change
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence key partners; gets results through collaboration
- Strong analytical skills and ability to tell a story with insights and trends
- Ability to work in teams, as both a lead and a supporting team member
- A skilled facilitator, able to navigate tough conversations with senior stakeholders
- Resourceful, self-motivated and able to independently manage a high volume workload in a fast-paced environment
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- An overall exposure of 6 to 9 years in HR Ops, HRBP and C&B
Educational Qualifications
- MBA-HR from a premier institute
