Job Profile for HR Recruitment Executive:

  • Talent Search and Recruitment of Candidates.
  • ·Working on Job portals like Monsterindia.com, LinkedIn etc.for sourcing resumes, job posting and references.
  • Interaction with candidates and explaining them company profile and job responsibilities, job description, etc.
  • Scheduling & coordinating interviews. Consulting with Team Leads to obtain their input on potential hires.
  • Organizing and coordinating personal interviews or on Skype and Telephone interview.
  • Coordinate with the candidates for document submissions and salary negotiation till final selection.
Skill Requirements:

  • Proven working experience in recruiting. Successful IT recruitment experience.
  • Deep understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
  • Strong knowledge of candidate’s selection methods.
  • Previous experience with candidate sourcing tools and methods.
  • Excellent knowledge of area of expertise (market status, trends, best practices).
  • Good understanding of skill terminologies, business models and roles in the IT Industry.
  • Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills.
  • Integrity and confidentiality.
  • Excellent verbal and written Communication skills.
  • Any graduate. MBA will be an added advantage.
