Job Profile:-
Conducting Telephonic interview of the candidate to understand if they are suitable as per the Clients requirement and also to know their interest.
Sharing the resumes with client
Scheduling interviews .
Interacting & Coordination with the client for new mandate, scheduling interviews & feedback .
Job Posting on various job sites .
Scheduling interviews .
Interacting & Coordination with the client for new mandate, scheduling interviews & feedback .
Job Posting on various job sites .
Understanding the Compensation details & Supporting the client in Salary negotiation
Acting as an interface between the client and candidates.
Screening, short listing and sourcing the resumes as per client requirement.
Involved in complete life cycle of the Recruitment Process from initial sourcing to
Joining of the candidate.
Understanding the Stages in the Process of Recruitment Gathering client Requirement.
We are catering to industries such as:
Steel manufacturing, IT, Medical, etc.
Work Timings:
Mon to Saturday- 9:30am – 6:30PM
2nd and 4th Saturday is off
