HR Operations Executives Required for CBSL Job For 1-4 Year Exp In Conneqt Business Solutions Limited India – 1483110

Job Description :
1. Co coordinating with PF, ESIC, Income Tax authorities for any correspondence required by client.
2. Obtain clients PF code number, exemption from EPFO.
3. Support to design client’s compensation structure, deduct their PF contributions and deposit along with employers contributions on monthly basis.
4. Attend PF Officers visits and remarks and submit the written explanation.
5. Coordinate various matters, other legal matters and represent the clients to PF authorities, Income tax Authorities, Labour Commissioner, ESIC Authorities.
6. Ensure timely compliances and smooth working of the clients with ownership concept.
7. Educate and update the clients with various developments and amendments by providing transparent support.
8. Preparing Trust Deeds for PF, Superannuation and gratuity for the client.
9. UAN mapping and creation of new UAN on EPFO portal.
10. Preparing data for Actuary Valuation.
11. Investment Management.
12. Preparing Trust Accounting and Accounts Finalization.
13. Yearly return preparation and submission.
14. Follow up with PF office.
15. Coordinating statutory inspections/ notices on issues raised by RPFC..
16. Data submission to PF office as per EPFO requirement.
17. Submission of Monthly Return on EPFO- Appendix A.
18. Monthly Pension and EDLI returns and challan filling and deposit.
19. Annual Returns for Pension.
20. e-TDS.
21. Filing of annual IT returns.
22. Maintenance of accounts, till finalisation and overseeing and assisting in the audit completion with appointed auditors.
23. Bank Reconciliation.
24. Form 16 preparation and issuance.
25. Preparation and submission of Monthly quarterly MIS required by the Trustees.
