Responsibilities:-
1. Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
2. Maintain and update company databases
3. Interacting with company vendors and negotiate contracts
4. Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
4. Answer queries by employees and clients
5. Update office policies as needed
6. Manage office supplies stock and place orders
7. Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
8. Conduct Walk in interviews & Campus interviews
9. Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)
10. Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
11. Arrange travel and accommodations
12. Schedule in-house and external events for employees

Requirements:
Only Female employees preferred
Strong communications skills
Should have Out spoken skills
Candidates preferred in and around ECIL, A.S Rao nagar, Neredmet, Dammaiguda Secunderabad
MBA Freshers and Graduate Freshers are preferred.
