Job Description
1. Min5+ years of installation, configuration and management of Lotus Notes/Domino environments
2. Hands-on experience in
Performing domino service backup and recovery
Archiving Lotus Notes ID-files and passwords in an encrypted database
Ensure secure distribution of ID files and passwords
3. Hands-on experience in implementing, configurating, managing, maintaining and supporting on
Ongoing basis internet/SMTP, SMS, fax connection
Ongoing basis Lotus Notes via internet and the pass-through domain
Ongoing basis Lotus Notes groupware testing environment
Ongoing basis Lotus Notes-to-Notes connection via Lotus Notes / Domino external Server to external organizations
4. Support and maintain connections existing as of the Country Commencement Date to other systems via Lotus Notes Pump/Lotus Enterprise Integrator or MQ Series
5. Provide administration and manage services
6. Provide Malware and Anti-Virus protection of mail and groupware Server Environments
7. Maintain backbone SMTP Inbound mail routing
8. Password and Notes ID Account recovery
9. Domino Object consolidation process from Local domains to Global domain
10. Register, re-certify and remove End user Lotus Notes. Re-certify complete organization Unit
1. Qualification -B.E Graduate
2. Lotus Domino Certified
3. ITI based support team with 24×7 support operations
4. Strong verbal/written communication skills
