hiring for an organized / outgoing Office Assistant cum Receptionist. candiddate will assist with a variety of clerical and administrative duties such as greeting clients, answering phones, taking messages, managing email and mail correspondence. Candidate will assist with updating client files and ordering office supplies. Since you will be the first person clients see as they walk through our door, we are looking for an individual who can maintain a professional appearance at all times.

Job Description:

  • Answering phones and taking messages
  • Responding to emails
  • Manage mail correspondence
  • Greet clients and visitors
  • Help maintain office calendar
  • Perform data entry and filing tasks
  • Manage inventory of office supplies
  • Perform other clerical tasks as needed
  • Other Adhoc duties as directed by the senior in the office

Ideal Candidate / Requirements and Qualifications:
Associate degree or bachelor’s degree preferred
Administrative or clerical experience preferred
