Job Description:

• Updating Partner on upcoming meetings.

• Coordinate International visits.

• Processing VISA & travel mgmt.

• Calendar mgmt.

• Taking dictation, drafting letters/mails.

• Preparing invoices.

• Produce reports, presentations and briefs.

• Update the firm’s database.

• Schedule meetings and follow up for further actions.

• Handle requests & queries appropriately.

Skills Required:

• Graduate in any stream.

• PA diploma or certification would be considered an advantage.

• 2-6 yrs work experience as a secretary.

• Sound communication skills.

• Excellent English (written as well as verbal).

• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.

• MS Office and English proficiency.

• Outstanding organisational and time management skills.

• Up-to-date with latest office gadgets and applications.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.

• Discretion and confidentiality is a must.

• Attention to detail.

• Candidate age 25-35yrs.

• Candidates living in Mumbai City or close by preferred.
