JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Organising meetings and managing databases.
2. Booking transport and accommodation.
3. Ordering stationery and other supplies as required & upon management’s requests.
4. Dealing with correspondence and queries.
5. Preparing letters and reports.
6. Managing office budgets.
7. Liaising with staff & suppliers.

8. Greet Visitors & Guests and direct them to the appropriate staff member.

9. Collects and reconciles reimbursement requests for payments.
10. Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems.

11. Answering calls coming at the reception & maintaining a log book for visitors.

12. Helping associates photocopying, faxing, scanning all documents .

13. Receipting money, petty cash requisitions.

14. Purchasing kitchen and clerical supplies.

15. Photocopying, faxing, shredding, laminating, filing, archiving and data entry.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

1. B.Com Graduate .

2. Candidate with 3-5yrs experience.

3. Excellent Communication skills. (Written & verbal).
4. Efficiently correspond with associates & other members in branch & branch offices.

5. Good command over English both (written & verbal).

6. Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, and Word).

7. Candidate should have attention to details.
