The Job is expected to ensure Bank implement a robust risk management framework for managing Financial and IT vendors in the Bank in line with regulatory guidelines.
Third Party Risk Management Policy/Framework review/updation. Implement Robust Vendors Management process including Vendor On-Boarding, Risk Assessment, Contract Management, Monitoring and Contract Termination.
Conduct Trainings and Socialize TPRM Policy/Framework among Vendor Risk Managers.
Provide System Requirements and ensure timely Implementation of TPRM system.
Ensure RBI Compliances relating to Outsourcing.
Ensure availability of adequate data and Contracts for the vendors.
Conduct Committee meetings as per framework and provide information as part of various Audits. Manage Stakeholders Requirements – Audit, Compliance, legal, BCM, ISG, AP.
Manage and Lead the team in line with functional requirements and Priorities
