Head of Finance & Accounts


Our client in Fujairah requires for immediate employment the services of chartered Accountant to head their Accounts and finance function.

The selected candidate with be responsible for overall accounts and finance function and will be reporting to the General Manager
Job Description

  • Handle full spectrum of financial and cost accounting role eg. AR, AP, GL, forecasting, budgeting etc
  • Responsible for day to day finance , accounts operations
  • Perform full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts.
  • Perform project cost forecasts/budgets, cost tracking, monitoring and controls.
  • Responsible for timely closing of consolidated financial statements.
  • Responsible for treasury operations , cash-flow management reporting
  • Review & approve payment vouchers & journal entries
  • Perform cash flow forecasting, budgeting and working closely with the operations and project teams in analyzing margins, variances and cost analysis.
  • Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting system and policies for the set up.
  • Coordinate with other departments on cost reduction initiatives Requirements.
  • Handling VAT related issues and filing of VAT returns.
  • Handling Audit.

Requirement :

  • Chartered Accountant with minimum 15-20 years experience in financial & management. Should be well versed with IFRS.
  • Popular ERP packages working knowledge.
  • Good MS Office skills particularly strong capabilities in MS Excel.
  • Able to work independently and highly meticulous.

Renumeration package:


Around Dhs between 15,000 to 20,000 per month all inclusive.(depends on candidates
