* Preparing P&L – monthly and presenting key highlights of the month to the management post analysis * Periodical forecasting and preparing presentations on various analytical aspects such as – KPIs, trends and analysing causes of unexpected variance * Preparation of monthly MIS after ensuring proper closure of books * Communicating with company secretary, auditors and banks * Managing GST, ROC, TDS and TCS related transactions * Managing costing module in SAP (FI/CO Module) identifying opportunities for cost optimisation and driving the implementations * Extraction of cash flow statement on daily basis to update the Finance Director * Budget approvals at company level and helping/ advising departments on budget and cost controls * Data preparation for management review meetings * Process Management – maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures * Fund management forecast – cash flow position, related borrowing needs, and available funds for investments.
