Job Description
¢ 3 years of implementation experience in at least 3 Oracle Fusion HCM Modules(Core HR, benefits , Absence , Time and Labor).
¢ Good knowledge on SQL and PL SQL experience.
¢ Data conversion processing.
¢ Design and Develop Reports (BI Publisher, OTBI).
¢ Fast Formula developments.
¢ Fusion File Based loader, Spreadsheet loader experience and/or HCM Extract experience.
¢ Technical or Functional configuration expertise in any 3 HR modules (Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Payroll, Time & Labor, Learn, Performance, Goal Management).
¢ Experience in capturing business requirements, working with clients and peers.
¢ Ability to interact with technical and functional internal teams at all levels.
¢ Strong communication skills (verbal, written and presentation).
¢ Experience on integration with third-party systems will be an added advantage.
