Hire To Retire (H2R) Sub Ledger Analyst Job Description and Candidate Expectation The H2R Sub-ledger Analyst is responsible to deliver timely and accurate finance services and sub-ledger reconciliation to the countries across Asia Pacific (APAC), European & Middle East (EMEA) and North America (NAM). Ensure that sub-ledgers in the balance sheet accounts are accurately recorded on monthly basis To verify the amounts and ensure that it agrees with financial statement items Resolve all open items in the reconciliation Assist with both internal external & compliance audits Minimum of 2 to 4 years relevant accounting experience Experience working in a Shared Service organization will be an added advantage Good analytical skills. Flexibility to working shift hours in supporting different countries.
