**Key Responsibilities:****The roles and responsibilities are as follows:** * **Improve the operations surrounding Transfer Pricing – Simplify where possible** * **Ensure adequate documentation for Transfer Pricing** **flows is available** * **All flows in place are still valid and up to date with changes in the business** * **Review issues raised by finance/tax and take action where appropriate** * **Be part of transformation projects** * **Support Transfer pricing Dashboard made for senior stakeholders****Skills, Experience and Qualifications Required****Technical** * **Qualified Accountant with 5-6 years post qualification experience in Finance** * **Strong analytical skills including knowledge of accounting principles;** * **Shows attention to detail and an appetite to dive into issues in depth as needed;** * **Basic knowledge of the Microsoft Office software packages; Proficient with Microsoft Excel;** * **Collaborative approach to develop, share, accept and implementation of ideas** * **Identify opportunities & implement solutions to improve process****Business Facing** * **Responding to the expectations of senior stakeholders;** * **Strong written and verbal communication skills;** * **Ability to challenge conventional ideas/ status quo.** **Teamwork & Motivational** * **Ability to work as part of a team and contribute towards team goals, but equally able to work independently and deliver results;** * **Ability to complete multiple tasks against tight deadlines, able to prioritise and organise effectively;** * **Ability to grasp new concepts, assimilate information and deliver high quality solutions at speed;** * **Intellectual curiosity and strong problem solving skills.** * **Resilient, energetic and enthusiastic;** * **Able to cope with sustained pressure;** * **Flexible and adaptable, responds rapidly to change.**
