Your responsibilities include:
Core Aspects of the Role:
%26bull; Process review, analysis, scoping and transformation within the Accounts Payable (AP) construct.
%26bull; Working with the process owners to define and document the current internal operating model
%26bull; Designing and developing a future state operating model including transition roadmap.
%26bull; Using your SME knowledge, find opportunities and deploy solutions that utilize process transformation / automation / data science / analytics where possible to build efficiencies in the transformation
%26bull; Embed a robust data governance, controls and reporting framework to all processes reviewed
%26bull; Work with risk and control teams from both project governance and process governance / documentation perspectives
%26bull; Optimally lead both the business and process transformation analysis and also the execution of all components of the projects
%26bull; Report on progress and keep partners closely appraised of progress and delivery
%26bull; Bring subject matter expertise to the program especially the domain knowledge on Process Transformation for AP function
