Job Description
1. Support analysis of Global Pricing deals
2. Develop efficient and effective tools, process and innovative solutions to increase analyst effectiveness, fast deal turnaround, strong yield management
3. Allocate resources effectively to manage the global, regional demands
4. Have strong global stakeholder management skills, to engage with sales and marketing stakeholders across all levels
5. Good financial acumen in understanding P&Ls is essential
6. Good understanding of pricing concepts and terminologies (yields/ margins etc.) is critical
7. Engages with the of US and international pricing leadership for socializing and justifying the analyses and recommendations to all stakeholders
8. Transformation of current Strategic Pricing process – Study the current process for gaps in efficiency and effectiveness, and works with cross functional teams and regional teams to enhance and transform the process
9. Data mining to improve efficiencies: Utilize Enterprise Data Warehouse and Marketing / Pricing data marts in Global Pricing domain and digital analytics platforms to improve productivity, efficiency and effectiveness
10. Functional/ Product Support: Engineer integrative solutions for regional and central functions in all stages of cross functional development i.e. Ideation to Launch measurement
The Successful Applicant
As the ideal candidate, you should be a Chartered Accountant or MBA Finance working in a pure pricing role in a complex business. Experience in interacting with stakeholders from North America/Europe as business partners is crucial.
