RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
1. Manage, Monitor and Control all production operations to conform with overall company production plans in terms of quantity, quality, cost, and time.
2. Prepare and Implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement by planning cost-effective operations and market development activities.
3. Coordinate with Sales, Marketing and Logistics for supporting company objective.
4. Plan and Monitor machine utilisation, quality improvement, and production costs reduction activities.
5. Create a good working environment, develop the team members and maintain good labor relations.
6. Ensure company policies and legal guidelines are communicated all the way from the top to the bottom and that they are followed at all times.
7. Analyse problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth.
Required Candidate profileRELEVANT EXPERIENCE: Production Management
OTHER SKILLS: – Demonstrated ability to prioritise and manage critical situations – Demonstrated ability to work under high pressure situations and meet deadlines – Experience in use of various project management and analytics softwares – Prociency in reading and writing English and Hindi language – Managed a diverse team of 10+ people (skilled and unskilled)
