GDPR (Associate) _ Pune Candidate Expectation: Skill set: GDPR, GDPR Framework, GDPR templates Total and Relevant Experience: 3 to 6 Years Education and certifications: 15 years (10+2+3) of full time regular education is a must. Job Description: Relevant experience one or more types of corporate compliance, specifically any of the following: Sarbanes Oxley, Life Sciences GXP, GDPR, Data Privacy Rules, Data Privacy Act, Corporate Integrity Agreements, etc. Good experience in data security, where PCI, PII, PHI are relevant requirements in managing data security for compliance. In business process modeling, creating level 0+ diagrams, data flow diagrams. Responsibility Learn GDPR Framework, GDPR templates, GDPR Assessment Approach, GDPR process maps, GDPR data flows. Lead delivery engagements as a GDPR SME. This requires: Mentoring team members on GDPR compliance, Data Privacy Rules, PIA Reviews. Establishing/leveraging GDPR templates, collateral, work products required for collecting requirements and completing assessments for clients. Mentoring client side team members on GDPR interdependencies and considerations. Work on proposal development bringing to bear GDPR expertise, integrating in client situational needs and scope definition and management. Ability to speak across the various phases of GDPR as it relates to the clients needs and pain points. Lead sales pursuits as a GDPR SME. Be able to speak to the following impacts of GDPR
